There is a overhead bridge that connects the metrotown skytrain station to the Metropolis center. Since the Lord sent me there to preach to the crowds, i have not been able to access the majority commuters who shop in the center during the weekend.
i sent email to the Metropolis team and they decliend to allow me to preach on the skirt area of the building. I had been on the public street at the intersection over a few months until last a few weeks since hte bridge was closed. I thankd the Lord much to open the way to allow me to preach to a mass crowd every day when I was there. almost more than 1000 people passing by every hour, which is more than the people we met when we were at the downtown center.
I considered to bring a law suit to the supreme court to force the Metropolis to accept that fact that the mall area is a public area for public use so we can preach there freely. yet, due to various tired up things in my life, i had not been able to asemble a file to the applciation for a Judge.
The Lord taught me that i just need to wait for him as he sees all the future things. I must have more faith in him in order to do his will in my life more effectively. Praise the Lord forever and ever.
Since then, I have been so encouraged and excited by the opportunity to share the good news with thousands daily. there were heavy rain days, and freesing evenings. one day, my jacket was wet and my undergarment was soaked as well. it chilled my body a lot. I had to go to the whirepool in Hillcrest to warm myself up. I did buy a waterproof winter jacket for this pupose to stop being freezing on the street.
It has been veyr joyful to know some of people alreay greeting me when they saw me there. Least, the good news and my standing for the Lord are spread and accepted. Many people said to me with tahnks, and some with encouragment, and some with thumb ups. surely, some of people they hated me with insaults, fists, and false accusations. RCMP atteneded several times and observed that I was doing a good religious work in their eyes without any voilence and disturbance to the public. we almost became friends in some cold winter days with warm greetings. Praise the Lord.
I also shared this information with my previous team member Matthew by email and by phone to encourage him to consider this opportunity to preach to the mass commuters. May the Lord lead him and give him fire to love Him more. Amen.
